Terms and Conditions for the Face-to-Face Marketing Network

 

  1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern membership in the Face-to-Face Marketing Network (hereafter referred to as "the Network"), operated by Enabled LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By enrolling in the Network, members agree to adhere to this Agreement in full. Enabled LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, and members will be notified of any material changes.

  1. Membership Structure and Commitment
  • Three-Tier Membership: The Network offers three membership tiers, each providing different levels of coaching, resources, and access. Members agree to a minimum one-year commitment in their selected tier.
  • Annual Term: Membership terms are annual, beginning on the date of enrollment and ending 12 months thereafter. Members may renew their membership annually or upgrade tiers during their membership term.
  1. Benefits of Membership
  • Group Coaching Sessions: All members receive access to one monthly pre-scheduled group coaching sessions, providing expert guidance on face-to-face lead generation techniques. Coaching sessions cannot be made up should the member be unavailable that day.
  • Online Resource Access: Members gain exclusive access to a comprehensive library of resources, including templates, scripts, methodologies, and training materials. These materials are proprietary and intended solely for personal use within the Network.
  1. Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, and Usage Restrictions
  • Intellectual Property: All materials provided by Enabled LLC, including but not limited to templates, scripts, methodologies, videos, training guides, and other resources, are proprietary intellectual property of Enabled LLC.
  • Usage Restrictions: Members agree not to share, distribute, disclose, or otherwise make available any Network resources outside of the Network. Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction of these materials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and potential legal action.
  • Confidentiality: Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary materials and discussions within the Network, including coaching session content and member discussions, to ensure a secure and collaborative environment for all.
  1. Enrollment, Payment, and Fees
  • Annual Payment Terms: Membership requires a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of enrollment. The remaining balance is payable in 11 equal monthly installments.
  • Payment Schedule: After the 25% deposit is paid, recurring monthly payments will begin on the second month of enrollment and will be due on the date of registration of each month.
  • Payment Methods: Payments must be made through authorized payment methods, as specified by Enabled LLC. Late payments may result in suspension of access until the account is in good standing.
  • No Guarantee of Results: Enabled LLC does not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, or profitability. Members are solely responsible for applying the systems, coaching, resources, and expertise provided to achieve success and profitability in their businesses.
  • No Refunds Policy: All payments, including the initial deposit and monthly installments, are non-refundable. This policy applies to all membership tiers.
  1. Membership Modifications
  • Upgrading Tiers: Members may upgrade to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference in the deposit between the current and desired tier. Monthly installments will adjust to reflect the new tier rate from the date of the upgrade. Members should contact Customer Service at [email protected] to initiate this change.
  • Downgrading Tiers: Members wishing to downgrade their membership may do so with at least 30 days’ written notice to Customer Service. Downgrades will take effect 30 days after notice, and any previous payments will not be refunded. Monthly payments will adjust to reflect the new tier rate after the downgrade takes effect.
  1. Termination and Suspension of Membership
  • Breach of Agreement: Enabled LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately and without refund if a member is found to have breached any terms of this Agreement, including unauthorized sharing of proprietary materials outside of the Network.
  • Termination by Member: Members may terminate their membership by providing at least 30 days’ written notice to Enabled LLC. During this notice period, members are responsible for paying any remaining installments due up to the termination date. Any payments due after the 30-day notice period will not be required.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Enabled LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to membership in the Network. In no event shall Enabled LLC’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the member for their current term of membership. Members agree to indemnify and hold Enabled LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to their participation in the Network.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Members agree to this jurisdiction as the sole venue for resolving any disputes.

  1. Amendments and Entire Agreement

Enabled LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via the contact information provided at enrollment. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the member and Enabled LLC and supersedes any prior representations or agreements, whether oral or written.
